The TV and WiFi wasn't working throughout our stay,
The TV and WiFi wasn't working throughout our stay, I managed to speak to someone from Prestige ( who now own it) and they said they would get someone to call in. Nobody did. I kept trying to get intouch with someone again but give up and we left a day early. The main bedroom smelt of smoke ( otherwise lovely and clean ) and the code for the barrier wasn't working. I have stayed on this site before but rented off private owners without any issues , the lack of concern Prestige showed was very disappointing. No point staying there unless you just want to be a bit nearer interesting places. Promotional images show lovely water images taken from accomadation terraces but we were actually surrounded by other caravans and cars/vans, see images of actual views from inside the caravans, very gentle the curtains closed.
