This is an exceptionally comfortable, spacious and welcoming property. It is warm and well-furnished. Fixtures and fittings all of a high standard and work well. Great views across the surrounding farmland and then into the hills, and big windows to enjoy them! Helpful host met me with complimentary milk and cakes. Well-organised, explanatory notes around the place. Good wifi, certainly for such a remote location. Good shower, excellent bed. A bunch of acrobatic pied wagtails cavort around the cottage. The geographical 'centre of Scotland' is a couple of miles along the Glen Truim road towards Newtonmore, marked by a big cairn and signage.

What a great stay! The fact that pizza’s were prepared especially for us was very kind. We were picked up and dropped off the next day by Stevie. His tips were excellent. It saved us from hiking a very wet trail.

Great staff, we got there super late and we had a note along with our key to make ourselves confortable. Room super clean, amazing breakfast and staff were super nice welcoming! Stay there! Price Vs Confort is amazingly well balanced!
