Not applicable, as was self catering. We like peace and quiet, for few days rest away from the normal hectic life. This was a lovely breakaway, very clean and everything we required was supplied in the property. Nice grounds and garden were available to relax. The host was very helpful in showing us around the immediate area on arrival. Any problems she was available on phone. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant in a quiet village.

Very friendly staff. Upgraded room free of charge to a suite that had a lovely seaview without us asking The location is perfect, especially if you are attending a gig at the Spa like us. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay including a little kitchen area. The breakfast was included in our stay and was a really lovely cooked breakfast with plenty of coffee. All the other guest where chatty in the dining area and it really had a lovely vibe.

Nice breakaway in a quiet and peaceful village location.

Nice breakaway in a quiet and peaceful village location. Very good accommodation, well equipped facilities. Comfy bed for good nights sleep. Maybe because we are now an older couple, found the sofa quite low! We struggled to get out of it, otherwise everything else was fine. The village is situated away from the main town of Bridlington which was good for us, but not for young families who require more activities.

Not easy to get too up single rutted track. Not easy to access main road where food parking for access to main beach and town where main food outlets were. Bridlington very good parking with bus or land train into the town good prom and Spa Centre Harbour and boats, lovely shops plenty of coffee shops etc and good standards (not loud or lots of fair ground noise) Very upmarket properties and well maintained B/B's and small hotels, all streets well kept

Bridlington beach is great for walking along and for children to play. The fish and chips are excellent from the cafe along the front. Walking is the best way to get around, and it is possible to walk all the way from the South beach along to the North Beach at the other end of Bridlington.
