Really great property. Central location, beside the sea and close to centre. Small car park available at hotel. Less than 1 min walk to prom and less than 5 min walk to town. Tim was so accommodating, thank you Tim for looking after us. Room was great, large, comfortable and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Girls were great at breakfast service. Nice little bar there too.

Very friendly staff. Upgraded room free of charge to a suite that had a lovely seaview without us asking The location is perfect, especially if you are attending a gig at the Spa like us. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay including a little kitchen area. The breakfast was included in our stay and was a really lovely cooked breakfast with plenty of coffee. All the other guest where chatty in the dining area and it really had a lovely vibe.

Tracy is a wonderful host, she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Room and facilities are good. Full english breakfast vegetarian style was a nice start of the day.

    Very well equipped 3 bedroom 2 bathroom comfortable stable...

    Very well equipped 3 bedroom 2 bathroom comfortable stable conversion. Moderners wont like faded decor but we loved it. Not just a garden but grounds to wander and enjoy ! No light pollution so stars akimbo! Great quiet roads to visit wolds villages/country houses. Can walk to Brid beach if you fit enough .
