Super clean and well furnished. I really appreciated all of the extras! While I wasn't travelling with kids, there was a great assortment of dvds and games. Nice having the variety of spices and a well equipped kitchen.

our stay at Rooms at Uphill was excellent. The staff were friendly, always helpful and smiling. Breakfast was very good and severed hot no issues. We booked a table for the evening meal and found the restaurant clean and good ambiance. the food was exceptional and severed in a professional manner. my wife complimented some of the dishes as some of the best we have had and i agreed. Rooms is just a few minutes walk to the beach and also there is the church on the hill for more energetic walkers, but not after the meal. i would say a very well done and would recommend Rooms at Uphill to everybody.

During my stay there were some blind guests, also disabled and I was very impressed with the staff in all areas how nothing was too much to help where help was needed without hesitation. Was also nice to see guests with dogs were catered for. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Nicely stocked bar.

Not a lot too say, it was quiet to the point a lot of things were not open. This would be a super spot for families wanting a beach/picnic holiday if the weather was better. It is unfortunate the weather this year has been dreadful, it was too cold and windy to spend a lot of time on the beach chilling. Brilliant area for dog walking, very dog friendly and the beaches are so lovely. I really wanted to climb up to Brean Down but due to the high winds we didn't go. The cafe was lovely and the staff fantastic.

Brean has more caravan parks than I have ever seen, I imagine it to be especially busy in high season. It is set along 3 miles of beach, it can be difficult to see the sea from road as so many caravan parks. There are quite a few restaurants and pubs, shops and a bakery dotted around. There are arcades and karaoke bars. Krackers bar very reasonably priced for drinks, very dog friendly! There is a golf club with nice restaurant that has 15% off food and drink on a Wednesday and free parking.

Staying in the area you need to have money to spend.

Staying in the area you need to have money to spend. Two arcades, and a expensive fairground, soft play and water park. We all agreed that the water park was well worth the cost. Great for young and old alike. On advice from reviews we didn't try the fairground. The soft play looked really good but we simply couldn't afford to spend any more. There is a nice walk if you are fit enough on brean down, further up the road with a WW2 ruins at the end. The bakery was OK but expensive.

We were only in Brean for a party so stayed one night. Didn't see anything of Brean other than the hotel that we stayed in and the venue that the party was held at. Brean seems to be made up of lots of holiday parks offering caravan holidays. These all seemed to be closed as it was late January so the town had a deserted feeling about it but I can imagine that in the summer when the parks are open it feels very different.

Where we stayed near to Brean Down it was peaceful and restful whole point of our visist was to recharge batteries and take our dog on the two dog friendly beaches. This property is a little gem! It’s like being home from home..the apartment has everything you need..good kitchen facilities, a lovely hot shower and wonderful comfy beds! The parking space is a fantastic feature too not to mention the private access to the beach!! The location of this apartment is ideal! It’s right in the heart of Brean and the locals and neighbours were really friendly and kind! We feel we had really good value for money and can’t wait to re book! I would fully recommend it for a family of three or a couple!

We loved that it felt more like a home than a hotel. We was pleasantly surprised on the extra little touches they made. Things like great selection of board and card games, plenty of dvds. They even had a small selection of beach toys too. The owners stayed in communication with us from the time we booked till the day was leaving to make sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. It's in a great location with easy access to the beach and friendly residents who live there too. Would highly recommend 👌

Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Owners very happy to help if needed and had a text during the week to make sure all was ok, lovely touch. Although the apartment is in the middle of everything in Brean, it was very quiet. Lovely to have private car parking and access to the beach. Great place. Lovely touch with welcome pack, too. Highly recommend the draughts puzzle worth a go.
