It's an interesting village with lots of history especially using a leaflet/guide purchased (50p) from the local Post Office/Village Store. As with many small villages it has lost the majority of its small businesses and there appears to be many houses unoccupied (second homes?) or semi-derelict. There are many interesting places and things to see without having to travel long distances so could be attractive as a base.Guest review byHenry
