Used to live in Burton on Trent over 30 years ago and still have close family there, we sometimes need a place to stay when we have travelled down from Yorkshire. There are some lovely places to visit from there like Calke Abbey, Lichfield. Two Rooms I booked has access issues as the door cards did not work. With one room they could not get access at the end of the evening. A third room had shower issues and a guest fell in the shower as there was water in the shower tray. She fell and had to be taken to A&E as she had concussion.
