A wonderful hotel with excellent friendly staff. The location, for us, was perfect! A 20-minute walk to the city center. But if you don’t like walking, there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself was great, beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back.

The accommodation at Prestonfield House and the quality of service is out of this world. From the rooms, decor, setting and grounds to the quality of the service, food and staff, I would say a rating of 10/10 is too low. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it will go down as a special moment in our memories. And we are definitely planning to return.

We always stay here when visiting family. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The room is always spotlessly clean and is very comfortable. Being close to a bus stop makes it easy to get around and there’s a nice restaurant attached to the hotel.

excellent staff very friendly and always ready to help, good room, there is a coffee machine in the room. Convenient parking. Special thanks to Aurora, she was super friendly at the front desk, helped us with our suitcases and we left before breakfast and she made sure we had something to eat in the morning, it's very thoughtful and such service is appreciated.
