I can’t compliment the staff enough, they were all genuinely helpful and very pleasant, this is rarely experienced in my experience. Breakfast was excellent and there were many options available, an absolute must! The hotel is well placed for shopping and getting around. The room I had was slightly dated but the price I paid was reflective of this, and it was cleaned daily! There were tea and coffee mailing facilities and an iron and board in the room. Allinall an excellent experience with special thanks to Bruna on reception, Shelley and Johnny in the kitchen and Keeley for tidying up after me.

    Distance to work good.

    Distance to work good. Didn't feel 'safe, even the taxi driver was concerned about my safety. Ground floor but large step at front door. Cobbled walk way made it difficult to walk, ie not disabled friendly. Shower was dirty. TV not tuned in, mo wardrobe or hanging space. No instructions for heating
