As we arrived to a warm welcome we immediately felt comfortable in our surroundings. A perfect peaceful location situated just outside Bottesford. Our double room was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nice comfy bed. The view from our room overlooked the large garden and pond at the back with a cottage and cattle sheds to the left. Breakfast was very nice with cereal, fruit, toast and full english on offer whilst sitting at a large communal table surrounded by lovely interesting antiques. Richard and Helen are very friendly, lovely people, and we enjoyed their hospitality.

Be it for the night, or for an extended stay, the whole site is well equipped and geared up to a most enjoyable experience.     Lodge was beyond our expectations, a very clean, modern and spacious living space for any type of getaway, surrounded by views containing wildlife and woodland with easy access to footpaths for a wander. Couldn’t recommended visiting here more as we plan to return during the summer. 3 star review is harsh as it’s easily a 5
