The suite was lovely and spacious. There was tea,coffe, hot chocolate and biscuits n the room. The receptionist and all the staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. The food at the restaurant was very well presented and of very good quality. My daughter found a card with a sweet message from the turn down service team next to her little bunny and bear which were tucked in the bed covered with little blankets made of tissue paper! How sweet! Thank you for this memorable stay!

River Ness is well situated in Inverness, where people are so adorable there. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable (bathroom and bedsheets - there is also a kettle so you can make a cup of tea or coffee in your room). I'd definitely recommend this location for a stay in Inverness !

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Inverness! From the moment we arrived, Judith and her team made us feel truly welcome. The service was warm, efficient, and genuinely caring — nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, exactly what you'd hope for after a long day of travel. Breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and managed with a smile — a great start to each day. Judith leads by example — her professionalism and kindness clearly inspire the whole team.     The best stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious. Having the washer/dryer was a great touch for us light packers. Being from Texas we like things bigger and I was more than happy with the size of the unit. The best part, our hosts were so accommodating. I needed to find a place to get hair and makeup done before an event. They scheduled both appointments for me after gathering all the info. They also left us milk for coffee, chocolate, wine… such a sweet touch. Any time we had a question, they were right there to help. Questions about directions there? Don’t worry, you’ll get detailed messages complete with pictures to help you get there.
