    Love Denbigh we visit friends a few times a year but first...

    Love Denbigh we visit friends a few times a year but first time we stayed at the cottage. The location was great as you could access Prestatyn, Rhyl within half an hours drive and St Aspath is a lovely town nearby. Great butchers on the high st with Lidl and Aldi straight across the road within walking distance. Great Chinese Restaurant near the town hall.

    Denbigh is somewhat down at heel.

    Denbigh is somewhat down at heel. It might be considered a "rough", town and not a place stayfor a holiday. If you have a car it is well placed to visit a number of interesting places that are worth a visit. Were it not for visiting family it is not a place I would visit Other than the Castle, there is little in the town of real interest. It's not a large town and can easily be explored on foot

    Denbigh was a lovely characteristic quirky welsh little town...

    Denbigh was a lovely characteristic quirky welsh little town which is a great location to visit snowdonia and the North Wales coast. The nice thing about Denbigh is that it hasn’t been taken over by the big brands it’s all independent retailers apart from the supermarkets.

    Very comfortable and well equipped for its size. It felt roomy. Good space for luggage and hanging clothes. Comfortable bed with bedside tables. Breakfast bar and stools very comfortable. Central heating nice and warm Being able to park outside was a major advantage in the foul weather with our luggage. Amongst the many helpful tourist leaflets was one to the 1950s Museum in Denbigh which we visited on Sunday morning. Really fascinating and we shall return there with friends, thanks to our host

    The accommodation was beautiful Very cleancomfortable and they had provided everything needed The hosts messaged me during my stay to check if I still had everything and offered to provide extra if I had needed anything At the same time they allowed me to have my privacy I could not recommend this place enough Anyone will have a wonderful break in a beautiful house Near all the amenities in denbigh and the surrounding area 5 star service

    The history the furnishings pertaining to the age of the building. The views were amazing as were the gardens. Central to Denbigh but above all the owners were exceptional regarding nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Would recommend Castle House B & B 100 per cent and would mot hesitate to return in the future.

    I was warmly welcomed at the very centrally located Guildhall Tavern Hotel by the duty manager, Evan. Parking is tight in the rear yard but Evan helped in rearranging the parked cars so I could fit mine in. My room was clean and comfortable and the food, both my evening meal (chicken curry) in the bar area, and breakfast, was good.
