I stayed here with a friend after a day at nearby Alton towers. It was a wonderful cottage, really beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts were lovely and left a really nice snack hamper along with milk, butter, eggs. Loads of cookware, plates, glasses etc. The reclining sofa & Sky TV was a treat to relax to after a long day and the bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. Lovely accommodation and will be recommending to friends & family!

Beautifully presented, clean, spacious rooms. Lovely view over open fields. Staff were courteous, efficient, friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay here.The old parlour is perfect we loved everything about it!! It was spotless extremely comfortable peaceful the hot tub was divine we couldn't fault it at all. Great parking facilities. Only 5 mins from Alton Towers.

    Lovely area outside to chill, only wish the weather had been better, adored the authentic inside and size of the property fantastic. We will all definately use again in the future and if an award is given to the best hosts on Booking.com Larry and Marie are the winners.
