    The castle listed on this website is not open to the public, the gardens are occasionally open to the village community but rarely. You can’t see the castle from the roadside either just the gatehouse and it’s pillars.

    Fantastic and historic family-run bnb, very memorable and beautifully decorated, with special extra treats for guests. Felt very welcomed by our friendly hosts. Lovely communal library to spend the evening in, walking distance from Eccleshall. Super comfortable beds. Parking a real bonus. Highly recommend!

    The room was fantastic, a very good size and very clean. Facilities in the room were great. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The landlord of the hotel is very passionate about it and it shows in the quality of the rooms, facilities and the hotel overall.

    We had a warm and informative welcome. The room was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet road with only a five minute walk to the very pleasant high street which has a good selection of pubs and restaurants.

    A lovely pub downstairs, staff showed me to my room and offered to help with my luggage. My room was modern, very spacious and clean. A great location as I was going out in Eccleshall.

    Its in a nice quiet hamlet not far from Eccleshall. There is on site parking and the hist is very nice. The accommodation is well appointed and spacious enough for 2 people.
