A beautiful, historic building of stunning architecture. Despite it being a chilly day and the property being enormous, it was lovely and warm inside. The room was large, beautifully furnished and comfortable. All the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient I couldn’t fault our stay and can not understand the negative reviews I read prior to our stay. The food was excellent, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were of a really high quality. I also enjoyed a wonderful massage with Connie who was lovely.

The staff were exceptional, they couldn't do enough for me to make my stay comfortable! Especially Sue! Will definitely stay there again! My Brother travelled with me, however wasn't staying in the same hotel, but was given the same hospitality as me! Well done!
