My room was clean, incredibly comfy bed and pillows, nice clean bathroom. Staff were incredible, especially Izzy helped me a lot, including extending the stay at hotel for additional day. Always nice and never in a rush, same for Ilda. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

It exceeded my expectations for the budget price that we had to pay. I was blown away with what we had for the cost of our stay. £40 for two people and there was a sauna, a gym, a steam room. Although budget it's 100% worth and value for money, but remember it is a budget. Stay bear that in mind the holiday is what you make it. We met some wonderful people. Thank you for this day. I would definitely go back. The atmosphere was great

Dirty, rubbish there, condoms on the bed, unhygienic everywhere, leaks from ceiling, mould and damp, dirty kitchen and bathroom, dirty towels and bedding, no TV, smelly, broken settee, unsafe and no key for open back door. Shocking. Staff very rude, dishonest and incompetent
