Lovely to visit the Isle of Wight.
Lovely to visit the Isle of Wight. A note about transportation... car rentals can be hard to come by. The best choice is probably in Newport - so plan on having to get there to pick up a car if you want to drive around the island. Otherwise, you can get to most places by bus and/or taxi. Good access to ferry and other sights on the island. Close to Osborne House and the Garlic Farm. We felt the whole island was very clean and well kept. Roads were very quiet, apart from the centre of major towns.
