We had a perfect stay from check in. We were welcomed by Nicky and shown to our lovely accommodation. The rooms in the lodge building were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was modern with a very powerful shower. Our evening meals and breakfast cooked by John were exceptional. The hotel is in a quiet location with countryside views and has plenty of free onsite parking.

Hotel was excellent.great position with parking.this is a classy hotel greeted at door by consierge.the staff are so helpful cannot do enough for you.we had breakfast which was exceptional.so much to choose.our standard double was excellent shower with bath.everything was high standard great bedding comfy bed.would highly recommend.

    We were already very familiar with the area.

    We were already very familiar with the area. Excellent for exploring further afield or local beaches and sights. Beautiful Instow with it's lovely cricket ground only minutes away. Good roads both into Cornwall and around Devon. Regular local bus service if you don't want to drive.
