We were not expecting the cereal, juice, milk, bread, snacks and pop, these thoughtful items were much appreciated. Parking on site in a quiet, safe, neighbourhood with easy access to the main roads made our 3 night stay so much more enjoyable. Our hosts couldn't have been more charming or helpful. The suite has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated, excellent standard of cleanliness and all appliances working and in top notch condition. What a bonus to have a washer and dryer available as well. Definitely recommend and would rebook The Annexe @ The Oaks.

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, with beautiful design details and a very comfortable, super-large bed. Everything was spotless, including the bathroom, which featured lovely elements that really added to the overall experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of both the city center and the Cheltenham Jazz Festival, which made it incredibly convenient. Overall, everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it.

Superb staff that made us feel at home, Phillipe is an asset to the business. Room is huge, the bathroom lavish and all the extras that you need. Just a pity that we didn't stay longer but enjoyed every minute we were there.

It's beautiful. The staff especially the love Latvian receptionist who's name I'm so sorry I can't pronounce was so welcoming and friendly. The staff could not do enough to help us. As a disabled traveller I always worry but the hotel totally accessible. Rooms were clean and spacey with everything you need or ring the front desk and they will help. Our breakfast table, not a problem, help to get drinks, no problem. I needed extra clean towels and an ironing board and they brought them right up. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and the bed, wow super comfy. Love the pig in the foyer but laughed our socks off at the horse, that is a must see. The Food was amazing and not too pricey for a 4 star hotel. We were there for a wedding and the venue is exceptional.. 12 Acres to walk around and great if you take your furbabies with you. Love the little touches like a doggy menu and welcome treats. The doggy dining area is just fabulous. Breakfast was so inclusive fully cooked English, yogurts, fruit, pastries, hams and continental. Cereals of all types. Loads of choices for Milk. Juices Teas Coffee. Rooms service was great as was the choice of food. Evening meals great. Bar A touch pricey BUT not overly pricey. Loads of wines, spirits, beers and even better plenty of Zero drinks.

    We enjoyed a lovely stay in 'A Room at the Oaks' The accommodation had everything we could need. It's comfortable, and clean, with good facilities. We appreciated the wine and treats in the fridge! The owners - Bob and Matt -are very kind and helpful - perfect hosts! We can highly recommend it - and we hope to come back again.

    Lovely host, and also very thoughtful of our needs. She prepared an extra bed for us before we arrived to the accommodation, many thanks. I would recommend this accommodation as it is very comfortable, easy check-in, it’s also very clean. The area is quiet which is better for guests who love to relax. Thank you

    We had a great stay at The Annex - Matt and Rob made us feel...

    We had a great stay at The Annex - Matt and Rob made us feel right at home, greeting us when we checked in and giving us the tour of the place pointing out all the lovely touches that were included. Rituals products in the bathroom, kitchen very well stocked, Netflix and an Alexa with unlimited music. I don’t think the photos do the place justice as it is decorated to a high standard and very clean throughout. Everything had been thought of right down to “make up remover” cloths in the bathroom and wireless charging / USB plugs next to the beds. A great stay, easy to get to - we will be back!

    Nothing at all good abut this place Not described very clearly especially with regards to location and the fact that other people were sharing hte same apartment block failed to be mentioned in the advertisement! Was situated on a busy main road Not at all the Golden Valley as we expected! Did not feel safe in this area or room/flat so did not stay Found other accommodation.
