The staff are extremely friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. They really do put the guests first. The breakfast is fantastic. Well done guys. We always choose this hotel. We hadn't been for a while and the level of service hasn't changed one bit. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Room was very good as I was upgraded to the suite, probably because my main request was for a bath tub instead of a shower. Food and service was excellent but I observed that the staff had to work hard due to theire numbers, I guess that's just the business model these days to keep prices reasonable.

Location was amazing, close to the Port of Immingham, but really in the country side. The hotel is a hidden gem. The food is excellent and locals also come here to have dinner and drinks. Perfect for work but also enjoying the real English hospitality.

    Its actually Grimsby.

    Its actually Grimsby. Plenty to do shops, places to eat etc. Only few minutes from motorway exit and McDonald's. Not far from town centre with shops places to eat. Supermarkets nr by. But tucked away in quiet area so nice peaceful stay with parking outside.
