The rooms were lovely and carefully restored maintaining the charm of the property. Facilities and amenities were excellent. The property has a lovely bar area with a gas fire which adds to the charm, there is a lot of green surrounding the property (close to Woburn Abbey). We had a 80th birthday reception/ luncheon and the food and attention to detail was most excellent. We had a fabulous time, thank you Kim and your staff!

    Stayed for a few days whilst family member in Harefield Hospital. Spotlessly clean, quiet, warm and cosy. Very easy to access with own off road parking spot and host lovely. About mile from hospital with easy drive but could also walk in better weather (is uphill). The apartment is very modern
