The room was very comfortable and there was a nice guest lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The setting is beautiful with lovely gardens. You can walk from the hotel. Very good value.

We liked the view of the lake from our room🫡 😍The food and the spa was awesome. Service from staff was on point particularly Ewan who served first when we had our first spa session Friday and latter during breakfast and dinner on Saturday We really look forward to coming back with the whole family to experience the Ewan service par excellence 🙌 👏 👌🫡.

The greyhound inn was an amazing place to stay! We loved every second of our stay and was honestly sad our stay ended. The room was absolutely immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed provided such as clean bedding with blankets, toiletries with fresh towels, tea coffee and sugar with a kettle, WIFI and TV. The staff was absolutely amazing and such lovely down to earth people and i honestly can’t thank them enough for the attention to detail and done everything and more to make our stay an absolute pleasure. The greyhound is a beautiful pub in the heart of the countryside within the Lake District. The prices were more than reasonable and there it was so lovely to have a meal and drinks of an evening and had a real sense of comfort. We would 100% be booking to come back and stay again. I would lastly like to say a special thank you to Lisa for making our stay so perfect. Our time at the greyhound was so perfect and we can not wait to come back again. Thank you all so much.
