Well placed for us as we were heading west, but close enough to the ferry port in Portsmouth to avoid a long drive in the late evening time when we disembarked Excellent room only deal suited us perfectly

Really enjoyed the homely feeling that the placed had. It has old charm that reflects its history of being a previous coach house. The staff were amazing and looked after us. The food was brilliant as well. Recommend getting breakfast included, you won’t regret that choice. We also had the occasional dinner and this was excellent too.

My first time here, the staff location and the room itself were fantastic. A real pleasant place to stay. The room has everything one needs. Parking is very comfortable right beside the rooms. I had coffee at the “Creek” next door which was lovely, the restaurant has wonderful views.

    This lovely house is in an ideal location. it is in quiet area, close to the beach, but with easy access to shops in the nearby town(s). Our hosts were communicative and helpful. If we return, we shall certainly try to book the same house.

    We would not choose to have a holiday here, but it met our needs for a short stay. We needed somewhere to stay a couple of nights, that was dog friendly, and not too far from my cousin, while attending a family funeral.
