Service was perfekt, breakfast really good and generous! The village Montacute Is a real gem. We enjoyed the quiz at the local pub, failed of course, we are swedes!!! Next day we visited the Montacute House (we got a gift voucher from the host, thanks!) and took part in I guided tour by Ray, really interesting history.

-The property is located in the beautiful town of Norton. It's a beautiful property! -Matt & Abby are great hosts! It was lovely of them to remember us from our last trip in 2019. -The 2 bedroom cottage by the pond was clean, cozy, well equipped. You are guaranteed to have a good nights sleep! The staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly, we were treated like kings during our stay. The food was very nice with a broad comforting menu and the rooms had a really lovely airy feel to them. And even though the weather outside was so grim and cold, we were toasty inside our cabin. A great night's sleep in a beautiful place.

    A beautiful, peaceful village.

    A beautiful, peaceful village. The Lord Poullet Arms was 2 mins walk from our accommodation. The village shop had a Cook frozen meals counter along with fresh local produce and all the basics. A great base to explore Somerset and the Jurassic Coast.
