The room was larger than expected and had more amenities than I had expected. The bed was very comfy and the shower was a good shower too. The room felt very secure and I felt safe. The curtains were great and kept out the light in the mornings.

    A lovely hotel with beautiful rooms only let down by the fact if you want to check in early it will cost you £15 and when we arrived later in the evening the hotel's reception was empty and we had to wait almost 45 minutes to check in,

    The hotel is nearer to the motorway than to Kirkham so I had little reason to travel into Kirkham. there is a football stadium, aldi and fast food restaurants between the hotel and the town centre.

    Kirkham is approximately 30 minutes drive from Blackpool, as due to Covid breakfast was not available in The VIllas express, we drew to Blackpool and had our excellent breakfast. Because we planned to have a day out in Blackpool.

    The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. Georgia at Reception was very professional and friendly and she went out of her way to help us. Emily who served breakfast is a credit to the hotel. She was on her own taking orders, serving food, making coffee and clearing tables. She did this professionally and with a smile on her face. Management need to look at staff levels as Emily had far too much to deal with.

    Nuffing we never stayed walked out had to paid for a hotel in Blackpool last minute to how bad this place these should not be aload to rent this out it is dirty. We couldn't stay coz the half hour we was stood.in the property the damp got to my mum's chest with her being COPD and my children was asthmatic who was cough just being there for half an hour

    We had a lovely overnight stay, the location is beautiful, the hotel is extremely clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable with all the facilities you need for a stay, we cannot fault The Hotel at Mill Farm at all for anything.

    Hotel very convenient for the places we wanted to go. Rooms large with tea and coffee facilities. Bedding clean and bed fairly comfortable. Free parking and being able to take dogs is a bonus for us.
