Ideal location for visit to family in the Westbridgeford area for 3 nights bed and continental breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food and accommodation also excellent. We would recommend the Gamston Lock to family and friends.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, very clean and quiet. Ideal location for a bit of peace and tranquility but so close to the city centre for everything you need. Amazing views of the surrounding area, the rooms are very spacious but homely and peaceful. Cleanliness is immaculate. We also had the breakfast which was lovely.

We were made guests of the day which was a lovely treat, we had some drinks and sweets in the room, a complimentary drink in the bar in the evening and complimentary breakfasts the next morning. Our reception staff ,Tempany and Robin, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and warm and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and provided a great choice of food. The location was perfect because we arrived by train.
