This cottage has been beautifully decorated using top of the range fixtures and fittings. We found everything we needed for our stay had been provided by our hosts, milk, butter, tea, coffee etc. Both of us commented that it would suit us as a permanent home without needing anything.The village is lovely and the local pub serves delicious food. Altogether a holiday of exceptional quality.

It was absolutely perfect! We had our wedding anniversary there and I can say it was the best anniversary ever! I'm afraid I will never find a better place than this! Lovely personnel, beautiful rooms and AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO BE!!!

This was more than just an overnight stay. It's an experience. The manor is superbly located, overlooking the Conwy river which is a tidal river. We had a room overlooking the Conwy river. The terras is wonderfull and the bowling lawn is meticulous. The staff is just perfect. Very attentive and good for a casual chat as well. We had dinner in the restaurant and that was also very good. If you are lucky (if you like this) you will have the opportunity of seeing some fighter planes screaming down the river trajecory. Very impressive.

The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean and items in room ie tea ,coffee ,biscuits little chocolate where nice touches. Bathroom had large shampoo, conditioner, body wash not little ones. Breakfast room amazing as originally had been small Baptist church and many original features still there . The bed was very comfortable and the heating was great. TV aswell. The location was fantastic just few minutes walk to everything.

We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁
