Fab location Has everything you could possibly need . Plenty of tea and coffee. Will definitely be going back. Cafe downstairs a bonus had a sandwich on day arrived and a lovely breakfast the following morning.

We liked the room size. We liked that there was free parking. The morning breakfast was very good. The hotel had been renovated and I understand from the other guests that we were in the newer wing. Staff was very accommodating. Everything worked and we were very pleased. We stayed 2 nights.

Excellent location close to the university, walkable to the train station. Staff were wonderful and, at my request upon checking in, immediately changed my room to face away from the train (I had just spent a few nights in another city and could not sleep because of the train). I have no idea whether you can hear the train from this hotel, though - maybe you can not hear it anyway.

We arrived earlier than scheduled and our room wasn't ready due to us arriving early. They would have been within their rights to make us wait a couple of hours but instead chose to upgrade us to a nicer room that was already for immediate occupancy!

This is an amazing place to stay, just off the high street. Styled with character, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff were so helpful when any help was asked for. Plenty of towels and a full kitchenette with water and milk replaced daily. We only stayed 2 nights, room was cleaned the day after arrival. If ever in Preston again will definitely stay here again.
