Manor House was in a great position to we needed to see (Kynren, Raby Castle, Force Falls, Hartlepool) The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast choice was good and the food great. The breakfast was of good quality ingredients and nothing laying in fat. We had two evening meals and they too were good. We had one of the older rooms and it was nice although the refurbed rooms are available now

Everything about our stay from arriving early and being checked straight in, the room we were in was in the original part if the building it had so much charm, temperature in the room was perfect, bed was comfortable, room was immaculate. Would highly recommend staying here, breakfast the next morning is probably the best we've ever had in a hotel.

    Pub has great food and local beer.

    Pub has great food and local beer. Lots of walks and so much to do. Great people! Railway museum was great . No shop in the village so make sure you stick up before you get there. Stay Northside was the perfect accommodation for work and for looking around the area. Will be back.
