Very warm welcome from Richard, Hannah and all the team. Both dinner and breakfast were well cooked and very generous. Lovely room and very quiet, we weren't even aware of the comings and goings of other guests

The bed was really comfortable and the place was very welcoming. There was a pub downstairs but it was not noisy at all for the hotel guests who were staying overnight. Plenty of parking spaces even though it was the Carabao cup final and a lot of people went to the pub to see the match.

This property was everything it claimed to be. The owner Steve met us at the front door, took us on a guided tour of the rooms we had booked and explained how everything worked. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast amazing. Steve told us of good places for a drink and to eat. He is an excellent host.
