Excellent unit within a small village. Plenty paring. Easy arrival and fully stocked with essentials, re tea, milk etc. close to two pubs ideal for eating out. Small outside space. It could not have been more perfect.

Beautiful spot by one of the Test's streams complete with the ducks. Absolutely lovely for 2 agile people as the short stairs to the bedroom on the mezzanine are very steep. The flat had a small lounge with woodburner and was the same price as the normal bedroom in the usual hotel so great value for the money. The .George pub a short walk from The Den was great too. The food was cooked beautifully and wasn't a bad price for such delights.

Excellent location in a pretty English village. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of time to help and joke with us. Served a superb breakfast with so much choice. We also enjoyed the Sunday lunch. The room "Mayfly Mess" was very comfortable. Loved that bath ! Bathroom shower was outstanding!! A relaxing stay, thank you to Shelley and her team.
