The staff at the Shap Wells Hotel went above and beyond to help us continue on our Coast to Coast adventure despite some serious setbacks on our part. The location is fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful, and the accommodations historic and lovely – a wonderful place to stay.

Tethera was absolutely FABULOUS. The facilities were A1, a great setting, a gorgeous fully contained renovated barn. Great for anyone wanting a romantic time away. The township of Shap is an amazing historical place and worth exploring. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous barn.

A beautiful property, very cosy, with all the amenities we needed. It was very comfortable & warm. The hosts were very helpful and kept us informed of everything. It is conveniently located, with pubs, a Co-op, and other amenities close by. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

They didn't do breakfast but the evening meal made up for it. Joanne went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Nothing was to much trouble. The staff were fantastic and the room's were spotless and very comfortable. We loved it.
