Excellent stay! Everything is great, lovely house nested in the middle of Dartmoor national park. The host is just so lovely and makes you feel at home. Warm welcome, as if home away from home! I definitely recommend, you won’t regret it.

The accommodation was separate from the main building which is a restaurant/bar and was in a quiet location. Great large car park. The ensuite room is fabulous and finished at a very high level. Lots of freebies and a huge walk-in shower. It was very clean. I can't believe that I only paid £85 for a room which I would class as luxury. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is very nice.

The hotel is not in Newton Abbott.

The hotel is not in Newton Abbott. It is in the deep countryside on a small windy country lane in places only ONE vehicle wide. You may have to reverse to allow another vehicle to pass. We met tractors and followed a large gravel lorry so be warned. There are many interesting places nearby and a journey of 1/2 hr to 3/4 hr will get you to plenty of locations.

Loved the location. It was a fair way away from a shop but was a great location for setting off for walks which meant we could leave the car at home most days Very narrow country lanes. Lovely cream tea and beautiful sandwich at Primrose Cafe in Lustleigh.

We were originally drawn to your area for business meetings, during which we made friends in the area, and are attracted back for leisure activities and group pursuits. Newton Abbot is the centre of the universe, if your universe includes the regions around Exeter, Torbay, Dartmoor, , along to Dawlish, and down to Dartmouth

Good place to stay if you want to try out Devons lido's. Good rail links and buses are OK. The shopping area is worth a visit too. Try Warren's cream tea takeaway while you're there...and remember it's jam then cream!! check recent reviews if you're thinking of staying in the Keyberry Hotel..in Aug 24 it was truly awful. Only consider it if you're booking for someone you don't like.

Newton Abbot is a nice little town, with a decent array of shops. If you have little ones, you must go to iTown as it's a great place for toddlers and Primary School kids. The walk along the river and the Hackney Marshes are fantastic and the racecourse looks to be well maintained.

The location was perfect for our needs visiting family in Kingsteignton. We like the self catering apartments at this hotel as we like the flexibility of either using the restaurant or doing your own thing regarding meals! The size and space is excellent. A little home from home. We're happy to stay again, and have stayed here several times before both in the regular hotel rooms and apartments.

We stayed here the night before a family wedding. It was a very stormy weekend. Although we had to check out the staff let us use an area of the pub to wait in before the wedding. The staff were fantastic and a hotel rooms and pub were lovely. We paid extra for breakfast which was delicious and substantial.
