Beautiful hotel with comfortable bed, rain shower and bath, plenty of soft towels, good coffee machine. A few minutes walk to the Galleria for shopping. Felt secure at all times. Best part about this hotel is the staff. They make you feel so welcome and can't do enough for you. A lot cheaper than Central London as well but not lacking any of the quality. Had a fabulous time and will stay again. Well done.

Stunning. Rooms were spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The cocktails in the bar were really terrific and I'm quite fussy when it comes to a Whiskey sour. The breakfast was excellent. The decor in the bar was stunning.

Sara and Federico are the best thing this hotel has to offer, they make the perfect team. It is difficult to arrive at a hotel and feel like at home, right? Well here, thanks to these two people it is like that. There is never a lack of a sincere smile or a "How are you?" Simple but practical rooms. Maybe they should put lighter and more neutral tones (personal opinion, of course) and but for the price it's OK. Thank you Sara, thank you Fede, you are the winning horse of that company.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff, especially Jasmine went above and beyond for us! I can’t commend them enough for their dedication to their Employer. The room was ideal for us (3 adults). Shower was also amazing! The towels were replenished every morning on request. The interior of the hotel is up to date. The selection of breakfast was great, we could not fault the food quality or selection. We would absolutely stay here again without a shadow of a doubt. The property was slightly out of Borehamwood, 15-20 minute walk but the hotel were always very happy to have a taxi organised for us.
