It was a home and everything one could ask for was there.. Attention to detail was excellent. Lovely plants giving it a homely feel. Great shower. Kitchen well appointed. Dishwasher washing machine etc. We had no car, but it is only a 15 minute walk to the the High Street and the Walnuts Shopping Centre. 🤗 15 minute walk to Orpington Station giving easy access to London.

We were walkers on the North Downs Way and picked this hotel because it’s right on the trail. What a great choice it turned out to be! The room was big and everything worked—the plumbing, the electrical, and the AC. The bed was big and divinely comfortable. Best of all was the lovely staff—in the restaurant and at reception. The breakfast buffet was excellent and set us up nicely for the day. Would happily stay here again.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal and garden beautiful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We had had a busy day of travel behind us, but I had the best sleep in ages! We will definitely back. Good to see a historic building like this in use and being cared for.

    I was not happy when I arrived in your apartment on Saturday...

    I was not happy when I arrived in your apartment on Saturday evening. When i was booking the Apartment I started that I am coming with my family, which I have my partner & my little kids with me, I booked for a FAMILY ROOM. But the management separated my family by giving us a FAR separate rooms 215 and 218 which is very far apart. I truly deserved apologies and some REFUND. kind regards, Emmanuel Ugwu

    A clean and beautiful room layout.

    A clean and beautiful room layout. The facilities provided met the expectations and beyond. The staff are cordial and very helpful too. However, on arrival, there was no heating neither was there hot water. The issue was reported: a time was given to resolve the problem and it was rectified as expected. In the morning again, the electricity in some rooms were out. This was equally reported and it was resolved as soon as possible. Aside these, the experience was great and I will look forward to visiting again.

    Orientation not done.

    Orientation not done. I didn’t know where the laundry machine was located until two days to end of my eight days stay Bathroom flooded- poor drainage system No bar, no restaurant. You only order or buy your food from outside. Parking space is excellent Wifi is very good Night and evening staff ( Sandra and Tasha) are excellent staff and very helpful. I hope day staff (Karen) can be more helpful and less defensive and non challant. She is okay but needs to improve in customer services. I was expecting her to take me round and show me my room and facilities like laundry. But she did not.

    More like a squat do not book this place you’ll either get mugged or catch something absolutely disgusting hell hole my partner was in tears we slept and left didn’t even ask for a refund just wanted out and I’m far from stuck up

    Nice, clean and comfortable apartment, exactly what you see in the pictures. It's well equipped, including wifi, kitchen and even a washing machine. Parking space available. They use a self check-in system and we never saw the hosts - we prefer it that way :) and everything worked smoothly so there was no need for assistance. There's a train station about 30 min walking distance, and from there it's another 30 mins to downtown London. It was a very convenient place to stay a few days and great value for money. Recommended.

    The apartment was nicely furnished and the bed really comfortable. Bathroom and kitchenette were spotless with a small amount of crockery and cutlery. The area is very quiet and although directly under the viaduct there was no noise from the passing trains. There is private parking available. The hotel is close to the centre of Orpington and the A20/M25. We will definitely stay here again.

    Simple but generous sized room, excellent shower, fridge and sink. Chair. TV. Access to back garden. Good price for en suite room in the area. There is no additional charge for towels and bedding and WiFi is available. Very close to bus stop and nearby shops, Orpington centre.
