Staff friendly and helpful. Room basic and over priced. Not like the pics! The room furniture was basic and towels old and scratchy. We were not advised breakfast was not included so was additional £29. It too was basic buffet that ran out and was luke warm. Not impressed! No listed help in the bedroom as there usually is in a Hotel room. The window in the bedroom would not stay open it was a sash window that slid back down as-soon as you opened it. Lighting by the dressing table was not adequate. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view. We ate breakfast in the main restaurant and it was really good. The location is so good for everything that we needed.
