Tim was very welcoming and helpful at all times. He showed us around on arrival and was on hand if we needed to ask how to work something. Very spacious property and tranquil location.

The Halvard Hotel is by far the best on the Isle of Man, very friendly and helpful staff, best breakfast on the island, perfectly located, great view of the sea, complimentary mini bar, etc.

Stylish and clean hotel with a view of Douglas Bay and 3 min walk to public transport. They have the nicest English breakfast I have ever tasted. Tasty kippers plus cold fruits and cereals are fabulous. We loved the bar and restaurant too. Extremely friendly and helpful staff including the owner's family. Big thank you to you all. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was also of a high standard. The staff in Brunot Restaurant deserve a special mention especially Vinus who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities and treatment were also excellent. The afternoon tea was also good. The gym facilities are also excellent. Overall I had a great experience and will certainly return to Comis Hotel & Spa.

The 4-star Sefton Hotel is located in Douglas on the beachfront. It boasts a unique indoor water garden, swimming pool and 2 restaurants.

Everything, the staff on the reception were amazing brilliant location.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The provision of bathrobes was a lovely touch. A fridge would have been helpful in our room but not a deal breaker as we didn't stay for too long. Great facilities in the hotel and the room. We would definitely return here over and above other chain hotels.

Very good location overlooking Douglas Bay. Being out of tourist season, it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was complimentary, and there is a nice room with a view outside onto the bay. It was great as a solo traveler like me. If I return to the Isle of Man, I would stay again.
