This was the second visit and even better. my room was very large and tastefully decorated but the bathroom was rather basic. however the large bathtub made up for this - plus, it is an old property! food great, especially the steaks and breakfast was good. will return.

The location of the house is excellent—very close to the center. It’s just a five-minute walk to the Lidl supermarket. The living and dining areas are spacious .The bedroom is clean, comfortable, and appears to be newly renovated. It’s perfect for short-term stays for work purposes.

    Pershore is a beautiful village near Worcester with many nice buildings, pubs, restaurants and shops, a lovely Abbey, a historic old bridge and it is by the river Severn. Very convenient for exploring Worcestershire, the Cotswolds, the Malvern Hills, Stratford-on-Avon, etc. Lovely walks locally. The National Trust’s Croome Court is well worth a visit.

    A review of Pershore not reall applicable , we were only in the town for 17 hours, ie overnight. However town appeared attractive and would recomment our overnight hotel, The Angel Inn Hotel conveniently situated in the High Street.

    Pershore is a really pretty town with nice shops and bars, and beautiful old houses. It is close to many other popular Cotswolds towns, so it's a good base for a visit to the Cotswolds. The abbey is beautiful. We popped in for a visit in the afternoon and saw that the Cheltenham Symphony Orchestra were rehearsing for a concert that evening, so we came back in the evening for the concert, which was great. We saw peregrine falcons on the roof of the abbey tower, and enjoyed a walk through the park surrounding the abbey.

    Pershore is a very sweet small town with a broad mix of shops and restaurants. It has a busy high street, a lot of traffic, but if you wander away from the main street to the Abbey and its grounds there is serenity and its very pretty. Walk down to the Bridges, with the Avon flowing under the bridge. The Avon river runs along the bottom of the town and worth a walk to look at the narrow boats. The Star is probably the best steak and chips place, and the Thai restaurant for something more spicy. Give it a go for a couple of days.......

    Beautiful countryside and activities, lots of great pubs/restaurants and shops. Very well located for visiting Evesham & Worcester. Several local supermarkets too. Everything was easy to walk to. Nothing bad to say about Pershore, lovely little village

    We enjoyed walking around Pershore it has some lovely shops and an Abbey worth visiting. It also is right on the river so had we had time and better weather we would have had a walk along the tow path.

    This is a super property close to the centre of Pershore, well maintained & immaculate. The hosts are very welcoming & friendly. On a return visit it felt like staying with old friends. The breakfast is exceptional- quality ingredients, well cooked, with home made jams & marmalade. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we’re visiting the area.

    It's a beautiful hotel, clean and classic. Staff lovely and helpful. We had a superior ground floor room over looking the picturesque beer garden. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The hotel is central to everything. The food and drink is lovely.

    We have now stayed at The Star a few times when visiting Pershore. It is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The food downstairs is excellent pub food, and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Our dog is always made very welcome also.
