Being able to see my son who lives in Portslade was a bonus...
Being able to see my son who lives in Portslade was a bonus as nearby. Lots of shops and great places to eat, Hangleton Manor, recommended Eddies for breakfast. Dog grooming on main road, excellent. Portslade is not a tourist destination.
Portslade is not a tourist destination. It's a working town near Brighton but it has a great pub in The Railway Hotel which was fun and had great food. We went there to drop off a hire car before travelling to London the next day.Guest review byHelenAustralia - 6.0
Not a bad area for exploring some of the lovely scenic...
Not a bad area for exploring some of the lovely scenic places in the vicinity. My feeling is you do need a car as the bus services are mostly in the direction of Brighton or Worthing.
