its out side of London City but like a subarb, need taxi or car to reach nearby towns/train stations St. Albans City (walking not possible but bus no.84 from a bus station White Hart at a walking distance of 12 minutes can take to) , Potters Bar (Walking Distance 25 minutes, google maps will show 45 minutes as we tried during morning walk schedule) , Elstree & Borhemwood (by self driving car 12 minutes) . All nearby towns have good restaurants and connections to London. But the Ramada itself is into a welcomebreak area which has starbucks, subway, whiterose, burgerking, a gamezone and a grocery nearby. There are fields at the backyard like small bird park, and a discounted pizza express is really refreshing.

My wife and I visited from The Bahamas, and our stay was exceptional. The proximity to stores and restaurants was convenient, along with access to the local tube station. Although we had concerns about safety, the area felt secure and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable bed, rain shower and bath, plenty of soft towels, good coffee machine. A few minutes walk to the Galleria for shopping. Felt secure at all times. Best part about this hotel is the staff. They make you feel so welcome and can't do enough for you. A lot cheaper than Central London as well but not lacking any of the quality. Had a fabulous time and will stay again. Well done.

Stunning. Rooms were spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The cocktails in the bar were really terrific and I'm quite fussy when it comes to a Whiskey sour. The breakfast was excellent. The decor in the bar was stunning.

Potters Bar has plenty of restaurants and bars. The Old Manor pub was really nice. It's easy to get into London. We stayed there because of family living in the area, otherwise we would probably stay closer to central London.

Good points: reasonably priced; convenient location for our purposes; friendly/helpful staff; easy parking; free wifi; plenty of usb sockets; coffee making facilities in room; choice of food outlets nearby. Bad points: Crib ordered had no mattress and could not be used; tiles in bathroom were cracked and unstable.

The hotel was basic but ok.

The hotel was basic but ok. What was not ok was that booking.com gave me an original price on the site then when I tried to pay for it they hiked the price by £38. I'll book directly now and not use booking.com again as it's a rip off.

1hrs after I checked in to my room, an Asian male cleaner entered my room uninvited, with his key knowing that I was in there. He spoke to me before he entered, he did not wait for me to open my door and just walked in. I felt my privacy violated and for the first time did not feel secure at this hotel. I was really annoyed by it. I really did not like this. The hotel does What I liked Nice size room. Clean room, very relaxing. Fridge comfortable bed and pillows What I disliked 1hrs after I checked in to my room, an Asian male cleaner entered my room uninvited, with his key knowing that I was in there. I was really annoyed by it. I really did not like this. The hotel does not have a safe so if I had any valuables left out god knows what could have happened. He could have also walked in on us naked with no clothes on. I checked in at 3pm and he walked in my already cleaned room at 3.45pm. The question I have is: 1. Why did he walk into my room, uninvited, and 2. What reason did he have to enter my room at that time 3.45pm 16.4.2023? This is something I wish to know for security and privacy reasons.

Location and pricing for me to commute to Tottenham Stadium...

Location and pricing for me to commute to Tottenham Stadium was perfect. The room was comfortable from bed to bedding to pillows. Bathroom was ok and the shower was great. There was a little road noise from my room which was 102 and the wall mounted electric heater was noisy when reaching pre-set temperature so turned it off.

very well situated at the services, and for an excellent price. it was a 15 minute drive to Cockfosters which was really ideal for us, as we were in London to see a gig. great location without the central London prices - worked a treat for us. the hotel was lovely on welcome, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was a little concerned about how much sleep we’d be able to get with it being just off the motorway but we didn’t hear any noise whatsoever, it was a great night’s sleep!
