The hotel is so welcoming. From the receptionist who was so welcoming to the cleaners, who really take pride in the service they provide. My room was beautiful. Outstandingly clean and the bed was simply divine. I had a very peaceful stay and you really can’t hear other guests as the rooms seem so well insulated. The bar was a lovely place to spend time if your on your own as I was. I can totally recommend the Steaks on offer. The Bavette Steak was amazing. I hope to stay again soon as it was a total pleasure being there. Excellent Hotel.

What a beautiful place! The manor feels like frozen in time with the old world charm coupled with modern amenities. It was a perfect getaway for us for the weekend! The lake was almost frozen in the morning but we still had a lovely walk. The breakfast was absolutely tasty and the view from the restaurant is some of the best you can get in the morning. We will definitely be back to this place.

Great location. Taxi driver found it difficult to locate but otherwise no problems. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic buffet breakfast but very clean and plenty of food. My kids were thrilled helping themselves. Rooms were perfect. We had 2 interconnecting rooms for a family of 6. Great location to walk for courtesy bus to Harry Potter Studios. Pizzas are delicious. Staff were very accommodating storing our baggage while awaiting room and we went for a walk into Watford for food.

    The room was a decent size and the en suite was excellent...

    The room was a decent size and the en suite was excellent with a good assortment of soap, shower foam, shampoo and conditioner. Secondary glazing kept the traffic noise to a very acceptable level. We had a simple one course dinner on our first night which was nicely cooked and presented. I enjoy a beer and the Youngs was very good. There was a nice cooked breakfast each morning. We were at a wedding so no more main meals were taken at the hotel except for breakfast on our morning of departure. The 11 am checkout gives you plenty of time to pack and depart. Radlett was not explored but it is a very nice spot with access to some of Hertfordshire's visitor attractions. The Red Lion has its own car park which is a very short walk away for which no charge is made. We would certainly come here again!

    We were very pleasantly surprised at the comfort, value and location of the hotel. The added convenience of the car park was also a bonus. The staff were welcoming and approachable and made our stay a relaxing experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and hope to stay again if we attend the Radlett Centre for another event.

    Small but well presented room with Air Conditioning in a lovely pub setting. Quite possibly the best hotel breakfast I've had and in any case the best for a long time. Food in the evening was also very good and a nice ambience in the pub too. Will definitely be back
