Everything!!! Staff at the reception is very helpful and nice. We had booked three rooms but one of them was situated on a different floor, we asked if we can all stay at the same floor and they were so nice and arrange that for us. Hotel is in a quiet street with the park close by, underground station and buses also. On the main street you have everything you need, form pubs and restaurants to stores Very clean rooms and lovely decor

My wife and I stayed at the Fox and Goose Hotel for a few days during the Christmas holidays. This hotel exceeded our expectations and left the best impression. We enjoyed everything about it. The hotel and our room were spotless and cosy, the bed was big and comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including a safe, free minibar, kettle, TV and quality toiletries. The hotel has a free, large, secure car park. And the tube station is close to the hotel for convenient access to central London. We enjoyed the restaurant, which had a wide selection of beers and excellent breakfasts. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are quick and convenient. We would especially like to thank Diana, who met us at reception, for her professionalism and attention.

My stay at The Milestone Hotel in London was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. It was the perfect way to start each day of my visit. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with easy access to all of London’s top attractions, yet it feels like a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every aspect of my stay was fantastic, from the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service. I can confidently say that I will be returning to The Milestone Hotel in the future. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in London.

Excellent Full English breakfast in a pub located just 4.5 metres from the hotel entrance! The pub also served delicious all-day meals. The hotel itself is located in the heart of Wandsworth, just a stone throw from a huge shopping centre and as many as two craft beer pubs! A fantastic location if you need to live in Wandsworth. The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and stylish.

    They gave away our room when we returned to go to our bed...

    They gave away our room when we returned to go to our bed after a long busy day. So never even got to step foot in our room, we saw the hotel reception and that was as good or a far as we got. We arrived in the morning as pre agreed and communicated with the hotel and left our bags at reception as also pre agreed leaving our details and booking. When we returned in the evening to pick up or bags and room card we were told there had been an error and after half an hour of the receptionist disappearing and make numerous phone calls in a foreign language so we had no idea what was going on she eventually admitted they didn't have a room for us. They didn't even offer to hep with finding alternative accommodation or offer to contact a taxi when I managed to find something. Absolutely shocking treatment and would recommend people to find somewhere else to stay, the receptionist was not trained or capable to cope or deal with the situation and was reluctant to contact management or supervisor to rectify the situation. When asked who was on the phone and if they could put it on speaker and talk in English she got flustered and avoided any communication or contact.

    Loved Richmond - wished we had longer to explore fantastic independent shops and wonderful places to eat. Nearby Kew Gardens an absolute joy to explore! Lovely walks along the river too, to the park. Our two night stay was much too short!

    Perfect location for attending a wedding in Richmond.

    Perfect location for attending a wedding in Richmond. The flat is very hot and unfortunately the windows in the kitchen and bedrooms do not open fully due to positioning of the tap in the kitchen and the blinds fitted in the bedroom. It was just unfortunate that we were there during a mini heatwave. The bathroom is very spacious and decorated tastefully ,the shower/bath works very well. Kitchen is excellent for a few days of self catering. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. We had to return keys to a shop by St Margaret’s station which was fine as we had our car and therefore did not matter that it was not our direction to go home . Would recommend and stay again .
