    Even though the weather was bad (very strong gales and rain) we managed to see a lot in the area. The Cathedral and the area around it is amazing. The beaches and scenery are beautiful. The area is challenging for the less able but well worth the visit.

    Britain’s smallest City is picturesque and has lots of quaint gift shops, restaurants and pubs. It is also within two miles of the coast with lovely sandy beaches. Unfortunately, due to storm Amy we couldn’t go onto Whitesands Beach, but we still enjoyed watching the wild sea from the car park

    Visited St David’s many times, the shops have moved with the times so for the visitors interesting gifts and deli etc available. Cathedral and surroundings spectacular and Pembrokeshire coast is continues is beautiful sunshine or rain.

    Beautiful area, especially for coastal walks and historical buildings. The city is very small of course, and easy to get around. we didn't make nearly enough time to visit all the nearby beaches, and will definitely visit this are again.

    The comedy history walking tour was the highlight for us. Still chuckling at the silly humour. It’s a beautiful area, with great walks and plenty to do, with speed boat trips, surfing, gourmet seafood at Porthgain and of course the cathedral. The weather was changeable, which made the boat trip quite exciting. We saw lots of seals and pups. We plan to come back earlier in the summer for the puffin season. It’s a long drive to get there but well worth it.

    Beautiful coastline, great for coastal walks and swimming/surfing, especially at Whitesands Bay. Lovely villages with pubs/restaurants serving fresh seafood, such as The Shed Bistro at Porthgain. Friendly, local people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. For car drivers, some of the lanes are very narrow, so take it slow and give way at passing points.

    The car park was roomy, and the location was good. The bed linen was clean. The evening meal was reasonable. The staff were fairly cheerful. The bedroom was a reasonable size. It's a great location for coastal walks and visiting St.David's Cathedral, and the Bishop's Palace. Stunning beaches nearby. We will visit the area again, but not stay in this hotel unless things dramatically improve.

    Hosts were lovely. Jackie has a very good taste, interior was lovely, cosy and a very good quality. Lovely breakfast with attention to detail. Very convenient location- glorious sunset from the yard and about 8min drive to White Sands beach or St. Davids.
