Very nice receptionist, helped with all sort of personal problems we got during our stay in Southampton. We stood here before boarding QM2 and this hotel was just what we needed to start the "ship atmosphere".

Location is perfect for coming off the ferry from France. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up!! Room was lovely and clean .Breakfast choices perfect and the staff all very friendly.

    The bed was so comfortable and it was very clean , beautiful place . Portsmouth harbour is only 20 minutes away with historical boats to see , plenty of places to eat and shopping , you can hop on a ferry to the Isle of Wight which only takes 15 minutes on the ferry .
