The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable visit. Our room was spotless and everything from a coffee machine to ear plugs not that they were needed! Beds super comfy and a superb English breakfast included in price. I wish all establishments could be this good with such great staff. We will be back for sure! Also superb location, 1 minute from seafront and shops etc.

Such a cute and cosy B&B in a great location, just a short 10 minute walk to the North Norfolk Railway which was a great experience and the High Street is opposite the railway. Few more minutes walk to the most beautiful beach. Had a meal in The Crown and chatted to lots of friendly people. The hosts of the hotel are really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Very reasonable price for a B&B.

We stayed for the weekend and had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was locally sourced with the seafood and smoked fish coming from the owner’s smokery and shop. Excellent menu choice and quality of food. The hotel itself is quite newly refurbished with well appointed bar, dining rooms and excellent bedrooms. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, with recommendations on what to see in the local area. Would definitely stay again and would travel to Sheringham just for their amazing Christmas lunch menu, had I not had other plans!

    Sheringham is a small place on the coast.

    Sheringham is a small place on the coast. Good for a base to travel around the Norfolk Coast. Not sure you could spend more than a couple of days in the actual place itself - there are shops and pubs but not loads. Lovely coastal path walk. We stayed over end of season. If you want to be by the sea and do a long brisk walk then yes, great.

    Proper little seaside town - but therefore popular and busy!!! The bank nepalese restaurant is fab, steam train is lovely, visit the bird sanctuary near Cley - great views across the marshes and fab bacon butties! Sheringham Trawler for sit down best fish & chips - and of course The Fishmongers Tavern is the best accommodation 😎

    A bustling seaside town with lots on offer, including plenty of gift shops, takeaways and restaurants, as well as a great theatre and heritage railway. I last visited in 2009 and was touched by the town's old-fashioned charm, which, I'm happy to say, it hasn't lost.

    Sheringham is a lovely quiet seaside town not heaving with nighclubs or noisy bars. I really enjoyed walking along the Coastal path to Cromer and back via the beaches. There are Coastal buses via Sheringham to other destinations if needed. There are lots of interesting little shops to browse around. Plenty of fish and chip shops/cafes/places to get coffees, ice cream etc. Enjoyed the Steam train experience and museums.

    We have been to Sheringham several times, and intend to go...

    We have been to Sheringham several times, and intend to go again, because we really like it. It's easy to get to by train, is not too big, has a great atmosphere. There's lots to, with the beach, mini golf, the Mo, the Shell Museum, and nice shops. We also went to Cromer for a day, which was also good.

    The location was so convenient and quiet.

    The location was so convenient and quiet. We visited the Animal Sanctuary , Cromer , Holt and Aylsham by bus . Also Fellbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall with long walks after the bus rides. Went sightseeing in Norwich on our last day . Had we stayed longer we would have gone on the steam trains for a day.

    Beautifully renovated. the rooms, facilities and fixings feel brand new and are so clean and tidy. The hosts are lovely people and really accommodating. My partner and I are vegan and John and Lucy put on a delicious vegan breakfast. They also made sure we had oat milk sachets and Soya milk was available on request. the house is a 5 minute walk through the town down to the beach and 3 minutes away from the North Norfolk Railway station. Also there is decent off street car park.
