Such a warm welcoming by the night staff when I arrived around midnight... thanks Michael, Liam and Security Dal ... A very comfortable, cool vibes place to stay for all young at heart. The location is phenomenal. All of the team ( staff ) from Reception, Bar, Housekeeping are friendly and helpful.

It was really clean and they were super accommodating to us and our young family with our daughter being only 2 months old they provided a travel cot on request and it was there when we arrived. We asked to stay an extra night and they were able to ensure we were able to stay in the same room with our little one. Super friendly and did what they could for us. Great location close to main shopping mall. The breakfast area being downstairs wasnt even a problem as they have a small lift. It is a bit fiddly but the staff quickly came over to help us with it. Would deffo stay again.
