Beautifully setting 10 minutes from Stratford with converted barn main building & purpose built accommodation building. Lots of comfortable outside sitting area in restaurant & by rooms on unusually hot weekend. Spacious & well equipped room with v large & comfortable kingsize bed, nespresso machine & plenty of storage space. Excellent bathroom with powerful rain shower. Good range of choices on breakfast menu. Plenty of parking.

A wonderful hotel combining historicity and modern comfort. A quiet, peaceful place, comfortable beds, everything was wonderful. The hotel has a very decent restaurant. The staff is extremely helpful, especially our favorite smiling and cheerful Marie in the restaurant. We liked everything very much.

We had lost faith in Holiday Inn but the staff here were so helpful and welcoming we are definitely going to return and will start to retry other Holiday Inns . Harvey explained about the Apps to us so we get the points and spent time checking us in and Andy and the Chef were so friendly and helpful. Well done a pleasure to see,they should be sent out to educate other hotels.

    I think a lot of the reviews are incorrect , there was only one village shop about 1mile away with very basic stuff , some reviews make it sound like there are several which isn’t true. Looks like someone stayed the night before we did and his review is identical to our , picking up the same issues . The photos put up by the owner doesn’t match what you get The field behind hot tub is overgrown grass standing about four foot The place needs reporting
