I booked this holiday as a suprise for my parents and family and they were more than happy and impressed with the holiday home. We all really enjoyed our stay at Pegasus Lodge. It was fully equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated (very aesthetic). There were a lot of convenient facilities and family games/activities to do which was a nice touch. The house is just a few steps away from the lake and has lakeside view, so waking up and having breakfast on the patio with stunning views was amazing. Very convenient location, close to local sights and popular towns. The hosts were lovely, excellent communication from the booking process to the end of our stay. They made sure everything was perfect and ready before we arrived. I can't thank them enough for making our holiday one to remember !

Orion holidays contacted us with information well ahead of our stay which is a godsend for someone like me who likes to be organised well in advance. If we contacted them with questions they were answered quickly, professionally and the staff were all very friendly. The property is well presented, clean and has lovely views from the deck area. The surrounding area was ideal for us to explore with our dogs. We were visiting the area for a family wedding so the property was ideal for the 7 adults and 2 dogs. Way better than staying in a hotel as we could eat and relax together over the days before and after the wedding. The dogs loved sitting on the deck watching the Geese, ducks and swan. They also enjoyed their walks and swim around Lake 6 whilst we enjoyed the cocktails at The Hideout bar. People in the area were very friendly and helpful when required.

location was perfect with lots of restaurant options and nice areas to walk nearby. Easy to collect keys and we were provided with lots of helpful information and recommendations prior to check in. The view of the lake from the living room and main bedroom was stunning !

Location was gorgeous. Lodge was really comfortable and a great place to stay as a base for our wedding. Rooms were a good size and the open plan layout gave space and room to us as a family. Security on site was a bonus. Staff and booking company were really communicative and helpful.

Characteristic. Peaceful area. Nice couple minute walk in to the city center. Wonderful green areas well maintained where we had great walks with our dog. But the best is the staff working here. Simply amazing. All the people we encountered were so kind. The housekeeping ladies in the morning, the receptionist and the waiter and waitresses… They genuinely took time for a short chat while for instance taking our order but they also engaged with our dog in a wonderful way. Our dog got so spoiled with treats and strokes… she wants to go back. Thank you all! Whenever we are in the area we will for sure come back here.

    Great location, lots of activities and beautiful villages around. Definitely recommend Baboon Adventures, quad/ motorbike riding around a private estate, so much fun for kids and adults. Cirencester is beautiful and worth a visit!

    Quaint, tidy little village with two Pubs, Fish & Chip shops and a couple of other shops. Old George PH had amazing food and the staff were very friendly. Good Co-Op store to get supplies, with a good choice of foods and some parking at the side. Playing field and tennis court were well maintained. Very pretty little place.

    We didn’t spend a lot of time in South Cerney as we used it...

    We didn’t spend a lot of time in South Cerney as we used it as a base to travel to other areas in the Cotswolds and beyond, the area seemed very nice, though we struggled with signage and finding our accommodation! The area around South Cerney is stunning countryside and lots of lovely villages.

    We were in South Cerney for a Mirror Dinghy open event at Whitefriars Sailing Club. The club members were warm and welcoming and put on a great event. We only spent 2 nights in a Hoburne Cotswold Park Lodge but were impressed with the park and facilities. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore South Cerney itself or Cricklade. We had a lovely meal in the park restaurant. We can recommend the Chicken and Leek pie and Apple & Pear Crumble!

    The area is a very outdoors type of holiday and great if you love walking. It has been very wet weather so some areas were very muddy, so we didn't get to do some walks and explore the area as much as we would have liked. The roads can be quite busy, but once you get away from the roads it is lovely and scenic. It is not well mapped out and we were unsure where to park up to explore some areas.

    The apartment was larger than we expected with a very cosy feel to it based on how it had been decorated in a country cottage style. The hosts had left bread, milk, orange juice and eggs along with other complimentary items and an honesty box for a few other luxuries should we have needed them. The location is excellent with nearby pubs, shops and access to the local area. Parking was also easy. Communication was great and informative. Highly recommended.

    The location is perfect for getting to visit the surrounding area i.e. the Cotswolds and Bath. The lodge is exactly how you see on the images and described. Very clean, modern, spacious & comfortable. The hosts answered a couple of small quiuires within minutes of messaging them but we had no issues at all during our stay. The perfect hosts.

    We chose the accommodation primarily for the location. We visited Stonehenge, Bristol, Oxford, Stratford-Upon-Avon and Bath, each being about an hours drive away. The mobile home exceeded our expectations. The living space was larger than we expected, the place was very clean and the hot-tub a bonus.
