The hotel is situated in the city centre. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is great!!! Friendly and helpful people, especially Judy in the reception, Luis and Paul in the concierge. Everything in this hotel is super. Good room with comfortable beds and amazing views of the surroundings. Super clean and excellent service (water, cookies, coffee, thee etc). The best breakfast ever with continental as well as cooked options. The best croissants you will ever taste. Unbelievably friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant food is very high quality. Hotel is on the beach and surrounded by excellent other dining places. We will be back for sure!

Fabulous hotel, rooms are spotless and bathrooms are modern and look brand new. Hotel is very well looked after. We had one evening meal at Golden Sands which was spectacular. All 3 of us commented on how delicious the food was. Staff are all wonderful and welcoming from houskeeping, reception and bar/restaurant staff. Gladys (reception) in particular was a superstar and really looked after us throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

The location was excellent for me as I was at the Havre de Pas bathing pool most of the time and it's an easy 10 minutes walk. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. Couldn't ask for more. The hotel is of its era which adds to the charm. My bed was very comfortable and I had an en suite shower.

    There is a huge and lovely beach here.

    There is a huge and lovely beach here. The area is good for swimming/surfing and it is not too busy. There are lifeguards on a southern section of the beach. We spent a week on Jersey but we could easily have enjoyed a couple of weeks as, beyond the beach itself, there is miles of easily accessible coastline to walk and explore.

    St Quen's bay holds special memories for us as a family as...

    St Quen's bay holds special memories for us as a family as we scatted Mum in laws ashes in the sea as she was born near there. The sea is lovely although it can be rough with a strong tide, it's never busy even when there is a lot of people there, its lovely and clean.

    St Ouen's Bay is the largest stretch of sandy beach on the Island. It is truly stunning and a joy to spend time walking along the beach. Prestine white sandy beach and clear blue waters with no pollution or rubbish to be seen anywhere. At low tide a number of facinating rock pools appear around some of the small rock formations and the fort filled with a diversity of seaweeds. Its beautiful. It is easy to walk the length of the bay. Would highly reccomend El Tico beach cantina cafe/restauraunt along the bay as a relaxing place to eat and enjoy the views. Menu offers an interesting range of dishes and the quality is excellent. Very friendly staff too!

    An amazing stay, a short half term break.

    An amazing stay, a short half term break. It was stormy but we loved it, sounds of waves nearby, the views from the windows. Took photos at different times of the day Apartment was full of natural light, warmed up naturally, not much heating was needed. Beds very comfy. Staff helpful. Would recommend for families, and surely great for other types of travellers x

    A rugged but safe area with good parking. Good for walking and enjoying the fresh air. Rather unspoilt in October, I have to say that the weather was very kind to us which did help to make our stay more enjoyable.
