Super delicious food in the pub, cozy atmosphere everywhere, clean and spacious rooms. Very helpful and super friendly staff. The havard inn is located in a very cute little town east of London. Couldn't have a better stay here for two nights to attend a wedding.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. They settled any problems instantly without any fuss. This is a good budget hotel. Somewhere to sleep in a clean bed.

Lovely location, we visited from Dublin to attend a wedding at a different venue, we hired a car at Stansted airport getting to the hotel from the airport took about 30 mins, and the wedding venue about 10 minutes, rooms clean and fresh, amazing breakfast, and food in the onsite restaurant is delicious.

I recently stayed in Chelmsford, Essex, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, and their local recommendations were spot on. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, lovely parks, and easy transport links. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chelmsford, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    Rooms were a good size with very comfy beds; requested a bathroom with a bath which was fulfilled. Very friendly staff. Stock is a lovely area to visit! The rooms were very hot; that would be my only slight negative comment.
